The hospitality industry is one of the world’s fastest growing industries and it continues to expand at a rapid pace. Inlet Grove High School of Culinary Arts and Restaurant Operations Management Program offers talented and motivated students’ with a platform for a career in the foodservice industry. Our challenging program is designed to provide a comprehensive introduction to the business environment of restaurant operations and management. We offer an onsite, student staffed and managed restaurant as a learning laboratory. The program also coordinates hands-on educational opportunities within the local and national business community. By focusing on culinary technical and management skills, Inlet Grove students will have the necessary tools to successfully continue their education at post secondary schools or they may choose to immediately begin to pursue their career in this $800 billion business upon gradation. (graduates from the Inlet Grove High School of Culinary Arts and Restaurant Operations & Management Program have gone on to find excellent positions in hotels, restaurants, hospitals, cruise liners, airline catering, conference and leisure centers and resorts.
